- Affiliated with an academic lab or any non-profit organization (non-profits do not need to be research institutions)
- Open to students, postdocs, and faculty. Anyone can apply
- A lab group leader, PI, or other administrator is required to manage the account
- All team members must sign up with their institutional email address
- Applies to the annual Team subscription only

Terms of Use
By participating in the K-Dense Research Program, you agree to the following terms:
- No guarantee of accuracy. K-Dense provides AI-assisted research tools on an “as-is” basis. K-Dense is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any outputs. Users are solely responsible for verifying all results before use in any research, publication, or decision-making.
- Citation and acknowledgment required. Any manuscript, publication, or report that uses results or methods from K-Dense must cite K-Dense in the methodology section. K-Dense should also be acknowledged in any other context where its use is relevant to the work.
- Permission to reference. By participating in the Research Program, you grant K-Dense permission to use your principal investigator's name, lab name, or non-profit organization name in K-Dense marketing materials, website content, and other communications.

Who is eligible?
The program is open to students, postdocs, and faculty at academic labs, as well as any non-profit organization. Non-profits do not need to be research institutions. Anyone can apply, but a lab group leader, PI, or other administrator will be needed to manage the account. All team members must use an institutional email address when signing up for K-Dense Web.
What happens after I apply?
Our team will review your application and verify your institutional affiliation. You can expect to hear back within a few business days. Once approved, you'll receive instructions to activate the discounted Team plan.
Can I switch from an existing plan?
Yes. If you're already on a different K-Dense plan, you can switch to the discounted Research Program Team plan once approved. Contact us at support@k-dense.ai for help migrating your account.
